Pros: No pressure, motivated to deal, pleasant and professional Cons: Interior detailing a little shoddy(dusty surfaces), but IT WAS short notice....no real big deal
We were walk-ins, having been to another dealer, with a trade-in and prepared for a possible purchase. We were courteously assisted by Rosy. She was forthcoming, honest and motivated to help work a deal we were satisfied with. The process was efficient and thorough. The finance guy was straightforward and efficient as well.
We walked in with the possibility of maybe finding the right vehicle and hoping for a good deal and a positive buying experience-They met every expectation. We found the right vehicle with the options we valued most. We also received a satisfactory trade-in allowance & the pleasure of working with a NO PRESSURE, yet motivated "to work a deal" saleswoman. She was top-notch and gets an A+ from us! We will ask for her again. Our first Sutliff Chevy purchase was very good- we hope that our experience with the Service Department will also be just as satisfying. SO FAR, SO GOOD!

I had service work, routine maintenance, and a PA inspection done on my 2005 Chevy Suburban in late July 2008. I had never been to this dealership before, but I decided to try Sutliff since their location is much more convenient for me than going to the dealership where I purchased the car. I was impressed with Sutliff's facilities, the ease of scheduling the service, the accommodations shown to me while I waited on-site for the work to be done, and the overall professionalism and pleasant demeanor of the folks working in the service department. This is obvious a well-managed organization that has let everyone working there know how important it is to make a pleasant experience for the customer getting their cars worked on. I was pleasantly surprised and will be returning to Sutliff for my future service and maintenance work. I especially appreciated Tina's help in the initial scheduling and coordinating the bulk of the work, the woman who greeted me as I pulled up, the additional service manager that assisted me when I returned for installation of additional parts which needed to be ordered and Tina was on vacation (my work was picked up without missing a beat - the other service mgr could help me immediately), and the shuttle driver who dropped me off down the street for a bite to eat during lunch. Everyone was on the job and assisted in making my experience a positive one that I highly recommend to others.

I have purchased 2 cars from this place. My salesperson was very nice and took care of me. He keeps in touch with me, and I think that is very important. Have yet to have a problem with him or my cars. Just go in and ask for Jon Murray he will take care of you.

I just bought my second new vehicle from this dealership - my salesperson for both vehicles was Rosy Grigg and she handled both sales with a personal touch. I strongly recommend this dealership and Rosy if you are looking for a new car.
