              I had an appointment scheduled for a...

              I had an appointment scheduled for a routine oil change and tire rotation. The night before my appointment the check engine light came on in my Chevy Equinox. When I took my Equinox in for the scheduled service I told them about the check engine light. Even thought this was not a scheduled appointment for the check engine light Sutliff service center took care of the problem during the scheduled service appointment. They did not make me feel like it was an inconvenience to have to perform service for something that was not on their schedule. Behind the scenes, in the garage area, I am sure that someone's scheduled needed to be adjusted but out in the front I never felt that this happened. Thank you for the prompt and courteous attention.

              We were car shopping. I had already viewed numerous websites for Chevy's and Fords. Our 1st stop was Sutliff, and it ended up the only stop. We were there before 8 am, didn't think they were open, turned around and salesman was ready and willing to help. He asked what we were looking for I told him exactly what I wanted and that I had seen a vehicle on their website that I wanted. He walked us to it, then asked if we wanted a test drive. So we did and fell in love with the Equinox 4 cylinder 2013. We had questions mainly about the power of a 4 cylinder since I was going from a 6 cylinder to a 4 cylinder. Ned had all the answers for us. My trade in was an Equinox 2007. So we already liked the make and model for the 2013 Equinox. Ned helped with his knowledge of the vehicle, and this is why we chose to go with Sutliff Chevrolet, close to home too.
